Refund & Return Policy

At ELP Designs, each piece is made just for you — printed and shipped by my production partner, Printful. Because everything’s made to order, I don’t currently accept returns or exchanges.

That said, I always want you to love what you receive. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn’t what you expected, please reach out to me directly at elp.moderator@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. I’ll personally review the issue and make it right — whether that means a replacement or refund.

Please note that I can’t offer refunds for wrong sizes or buyer’s remorse since each piece is printed on demand.
