1. General Information

ELP Designs is an independent art and design brand that sells apparel, prints, and creative goods.

All products are made to order and fulfilled through Printful, a trusted print-on-demand production partner.

These Terms apply to all users of the Site, including without limitation browsers, customers, and contributors of content.

By accessing or purchasing from ELP Designs, you agree that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

 

 

2. Products and Services

All products listed on the Site are subject to availability. I make every effort to display product colors, designs, and descriptions accurately, but slight variations may occur due to different screen settings, print methods, or materials.

Prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. I reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

 

 

3. Orders and Fulfillment

All items are made to order and fulfilled by Printful on my behalf. Once an order is placed, it enters production and cannot be modified or canceled.

Production typically takes 2–5 business days, followed by standard shipping times of 5–10 business days (U.S. orders). Delivery times may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.

In the rare event of an out-of-stock or production delay, I will contact you directly using the email address provided at checkout.

 

 

4. Shipping

  • Free shipping is currently available for all t-shirts, hoodies, and hats within the United States.

  • Other items (such as art prints) may incur a shipping fee, displayed at checkout.

  • Orders are shipped directly from Printful’s nearest fulfillment center to your location.

  • ELP Designs is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

Once an order is shipped, a tracking link will be sent to your email.

 

 

5. Returns and Refunds

Because every product is made to order, returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the item is defective, misprinted, or damaged upon arrival.

If you experience an issue, please email elp.moderator@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If approved, I’ll arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Refunds for incorrect sizes or change of mind are not available.

 

 

6. Payments

Payments are securely processed through Shopify Payments and supported gateways.

ELP Designs does not store or have access to your credit card details.

You agree to provide accurate billing and shipping information. Orders with incomplete or inaccurate information may be delayed or canceled.

Fraudulent or unauthorized transactions may result in order cancellation and notification to payment providers or authorities.

 

 

 

7. Intellectual Property

All artwork, product designs, graphics, logos, and images displayed on the Site are the intellectual property of ELP Designs.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content without express written permission.

In no case shall ELP Designs’ total liability exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
